This project has heritage listing to it.
We demolished to entire rear addition with a skillion roof and put a new addition in its place with 2 pitched roofs that met in the middle with a very large box gutter/valley.
We removed all the plaster off the back of the wall to expose the beautiful +100 year old face brick. This wall was then painstakingly re pointed with 3-4 different methods of trying to match the mortar colours and parts of it had to be taken apart and rebuilt.
The wall was then sand blasted and sealed to create a beautifully restored wall that is over 100 years old.
We turned a bedroom in to a very luxurious bathroom and WC.
The extension itself has now got a lounge area, kitchen and pantry with stainless steel fittings through out the pantry and the kitchen cabinetry has a hand painted finish.
