This was a dated town house on a small block. We completely renovated the interior and exterior, with new plaster and texture coat to the exterior and changed the roof cover form concrete tile to colourbond roof cover.
The inside of the property was completely stripped out and all newly renovated. On the ground floor we removed two concrete columns that were holding up the upper floor slab, this was a major structural part of the build.
The entire upper floor was supported by the columns. We had to prop all the slab, remove the columns and place huge steels in place of the columns along the under side of the slab (the engineers said it could not be done until I met with them on site and told them my idea to hold it all together) so they engineered the steels and we carried out the very tricky job of placing them under the slab to mm perfection.
All new cabinetry to the laundry, kitchen, and three new bathrooms.
